We can unlock most makes and models of handsets. There are 3 types of phone locks:

1) Security code: Phone will display- Enter security code

2) Service provider lock: Phone will display - Sim card not accepted, incorrect sim or enter subsidy code.

3) Call baring or lost or stolen: when you make a call phone will say - You have call barring activated

How Long will it take?

Standard unlocks are usually quoted and completed within 24 hours,more complicated unlocks do take longer depending on the level of unlocking and software availability.
